Welcome to Business Parc d’Artois, the brand-new logistics project in Bapaume!

The site is located near the A1 motorway and along the high-speed rail line connecting Lille to Paris. This location offers excellent visibility as well as a prime position for the development of this type of project.

The project will deliver a built surface area of 3.3 hectares, spread across three buildings and divided into four logistics units and eight SME units, which can be combined to create larger spaces. Office spaces are also planned, integrated within the logistics buildings, featuring a clean and predominantly glazed façade.

During the design phase, particular attention was paid to sustainability, user-friendliness, and aesthetics. The project aims to achieve a BREEAM Excellent certification, which will be pursued after the leasing of the buildings. It thus meets the needs of contemporary businesses while addressing sustainability challenges.
